Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cookies Sunset Developments Real Estate S.L. uses on sunsetdevelopments.es, what they do, and how you can control them.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site remember things between pages and between visits, such as which properties you have saved or which language you prefer.

2. The cookies we use

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to function: keeping your session, remembering your saved properties and your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off, and under Spanish law they do not require consent.
• Preference — remember your language and display choices so you do not have to set them again.
• Analytics — help us understand which properties and pages people find useful, in aggregate. We use these only with your consent.
• Advertising — where we run campaigns on third-party platforms, these measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. We use these only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties whose services appear on this site, such as embedded maps, video players and social media platforms. Those providers set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.

4. Managing cookies

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit, and change your mind at any time through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you view, delete and block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site working, including saved properties.
